As reported by the art and culture magazine Juxtapoz, a group show opened for a single night presenting anti-war art. The artwork was created to help promote a movement questioning war in general and American involvement in war today. The event included some 25,000 posters of anti-war art that were distributed in order to help spread the word and give some scope to the project. The original artworks were for sale at the event that took place on Thursday 27 December at the Corey Helford Gallery in Culver City California USA, with twenty percent of the proceeds from sales being donated to a charity for War Veterans.
The artists exhibiting work include the following; Erik Alos, Chris Anthony, Attaboy, Gary Baseman, Lauren Bergman, Bigfoot, Andrew Brandou, Buff Monster, Luke Cheuh, Korin Faught, Doug Fraser, Joe Ledbetter, Tom Neely, Kevin Peterson, Carlos Ramos, Chris Reccardi, David Sandlin, Fred Stonehouse, David Stoupakis, Gary Taxali, and Sage Vaughn.
