Motive brings together GlobalMedic & Lumu Kabasindi Foundation.
LKF strives to one day build into an institution that will provide orphans of HIV/AIDS with food, shelter, education and health care. GlobalMedic working to help the third world in times of crisis, delivering emergency medicine, medical care and disaster relief. Two separate missions united by the desire and passion to help others in need.
Artist David Kibuuka, founder of the LKF has generously donated 6 pieces of art, and a selection of art cards to the GlobalMedic Auction, the proceeds of all sales generated will be split in half equally benefiting both charities. The LKF has been working hard this year, looking to jumpstart the school building project in Uganda. GlobalMedic has already deployed on four international missions (Vietnam, Laos, Iraq and Cambodia) and two essential medications and water/aqua tab donations to the Gaza Strip in partnership with Muslim Aid UK, and to the people of Haiti.

GlobalMedic Auction Event

On the evening of May 2, 2008, the Auction Committee of GlobalMedic will hold its fundraising auction event to provide funds for future deployments. As GlobalMedic has no overhead, all funds raised will go straight to emergency programs. This is a call to all artists who are willing and able to donate their artwork to help make our banquet a success.
